Want a more personal approach to Yoga? Or perhaps you’re wanting to dive deeper into a particular aspect of Yoga or movement?

These sessions will be individually tailored to you, exploring anything from Asana and mobility (physical). Or perhaps exploring different meditation practices or Pranayama (breath work). Or even exploring topics such as Philosophy. Can be all or none of these. If you have something in mind you want to discover or explore, then get in touch.

These sessions can be in person (at my studio), or in your own home (fuel costs may be added depending on location). Space for in person will be opening up from mid-October.
